What data we collect

When you sign up for a date reminder, we collect your email address and the date you want to be reminded about. We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking.

How we use your data

Your email address is used only to send you the reminder you requested. We send one confirmation email when you subscribe and one reminder email 7 days before your chosen date. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.

How long we store your data

Your email address and reminder details are stored until the reminder has been sent, after which they are automatically deleted. If you unsubscribe before the reminder date, your data is deleted immediately.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any reminder at any time using the unsubscribe link in your confirmation or reminder email. To request deletion of your data, email hello@whennext.co.uk.

Third parties

We use Resend to send emails. Your email address is transmitted to Resend for this purpose. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
